About: During her studies Dotty focused especially on directing and story development. Her graduation film, ‘The Girl Who Spoke Cat’, has been officially selected for numerous film festivals, including: Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival (UK), Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival (France), New York International Children’s Film Festival (USA), Animafest Zagreb (Croatia), Glasgow Short Film Festival (UK), Zlin Film Festival (Czech Republic) and Animex Awards (UK). Since graduating, Dotty has been working as a freelance director, designer and animator on various projects, including a collaboration with Aardman’s Peter Lord.
