Graduate’s Final Year Film Screening at Annecy International Animation Festival

A huge congratulations to recent UWE Animation graduate Will Clarke, whose final year film ‘Throng’ has been selected for screening at Annecy Animation Festival this year, as part of the Graduation Films in Competition. 

Annecy is a world-renowned animation festival, and Will was part of a group of students last year who went on a university trip to the festival. Just one year later, his film is now being screened there – what a result! 

The film is an animated short, in which a tourist struggles to get through a mass of crowds that grow larger and more chaotic with each loop cycle they go through, until they form a cacophony of sound and colour.
